Excellent service. My first call to South County Fix it was to have and interior door replaced. It became clear that the workman, Curt Hulst, was polite, honest, and knew ACTUALLY KNEW what he was doing. He used to build skate parks and described the other types of work he did, so I decided to hire him to paint my house and do carpentry work that needed to be done on the exterior. I actually wanted to do more work to my house, but he advised me that it did not need to be done (how often does THAT happen?) and did what needed to be done, and improved the look of my house exponentially, knowing I was on a budget. I had trim work painted and interior lights replaced also. He also replaced the lattice around a stairwell. My house got a nice face lift!It went very well. It makes a difference that Kurt was able to explain what needed to be done in plain language and was not condescending to me about it. He did not get annoyed by all my questions or requests to do things differently when it made big difference to me. He was patient and explained everything. And prompt. I have a running list of other things I now want to get done! It’s good to know someone can do this stuff. I will actually try to finish other projects now that I have been putting off!
